If there is a particular product you are looking for, try using the search box and it will take you straight to your product.

When you have found something you like, just select the colour and size required and it will be added to your basket. Products can be added or changed at any time so you can continue shopping at your leisure.

If you would like to place your order by phone, please call our Helpdesk on 0113 245 3974 (Monday-Friday 9-5.30pm / Saturday 10am-4pm) and we will be pleased to take your order in person.

We will ask you to register with us informing us of the address your credit or debit card is registered to and where you want your order delivered, if different. This will then allow you to choose a password creating a personal account which you can view every time you shop with us. Payment will only be taken when your order is placed, we will then email you to confirm the order.

We accept secure online payments from all major debit and credit cards. A highly secure service is provided where your details are not held on our database.

Please note that you have seven days from the date the order is placed to request a cancellation.

The products on our website are regularly checked for availability. 99% of items are in stock.

If for any reason stock is not available to process your order, we will email to inform you. Your card will be refunded immediately for unavailable stock.

Colour

We try to represent our products as accurately as possible through our photography. However, colours may vary depending on customer's monitor settings and resolution which we have no control. Therefore we are unable to guarantee exact likeness of colour as it appears on our website.

We also have several products in a distressed and vintage style. These products are unique, varying in colour and features. If you have any queries related to this don't hesitate to contact our help desk.

Sizes

Sizes can vary between manufacturers which can cause some discrepancies with your known size. Some garments come in several different fits which will change the size you require, depending on desired fit. Please refer to our size chart and if you require further information regarding this do not hesitate to contact us.

Prices

Not all the products we offer in our city centre stores are available on-line and vice versa.

UK AND NORTHERN IRELAND ORDERS:

Delivery is FREE for all orders over the value of £30.00, there is a standard delivery charge of £2.50 for all orders under this value.

Please allow 1-4 working days for delivery.

If you require a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service then please contact the helpdesk on 0113 245 3974 Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm or Saturdays 10am - 4pm.

Your order will be sent out with Royal Mail First Class recorded delivery or with our couriers City Link.
You will receive an email after ordering which will tell you how your order has been dispatched. If it has been dispatched by Citylink, we will email you the tracking code so you can track the progress of your delivery.

If you require your Royal Mail tracking code then please email your request through to customerservices@arkclothing.com with your order details.

Before completing your preferred delivery address, please make sure that someone will be there to sign for the package.

If you are not at home when Royal Mail or City Link come to deliver your package, a card will be left giving you details of how to collect or how to rearrange delivery of the package.

We offer a choice of an additional delivery address, ideal for Christmas and Birthdays. This will be an option at the checkout where we also offer a gift wrapping service. Please ensure that you select the chosen delivery address prior to entering your card details.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

There is a standard surcharge for all International Orders of £9 if the order is over £30.00. If the order is less then £30.00 there is an additional standard delivery charge of £2.50. This charge will automatically be added at the checkout.

Please be aware that the customs authorities in your country may charge you Import Duty and/or other additional related charges. As the buyer and the importer, you are responsible for paying any such costs. These costs are outside our control, and vary from country to country. Please contact your customs office if you require further information.

International orders will generally take longer to arrive than UK and Ireland orders so please allow extra time.

International orders can only be dispatched to the cardholder's address .

We may require additional security checks on International orders. This may require us speaking to you in person and asking you security questions. We may ask for proof of your address before despatching the order.

Internet Only Returns Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase just send it back to us in its original condition within 14 days. The garment must be returned will all original tags and packaging. Upon receipt and examination we will issue a full refund. Cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility and we recommend using an insured delivery service.

The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.

If you require an exchange, for example a different size or colour, return the product and we will send out a replacement.

Alternatively, if you require an exchange for a different product you will need to make a new purchase on line, returning the original purchase back to us which will then be refunded.

Delivery charges are non refundable unless the garment is faulty. Unfortunately we are unable to process returns bought online, in our stores.

Faulty Returns

If the product you receive is faulty or not what you purchased, then please simply fill out the form on the back of your delivery note and return the item(s) to us.
We will need to know the reason for the return and whether you require an exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and examination of the product. The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to show on your credit card or bank statement.
Delivery costs will also be refunded if the product is faulty.
